Cashback Eligibility

You agree not to use Pointzy for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we detect any suspicious behavior.
Modification of Offers
Pointzy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any rewards, offers, or services at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Limitation of Liability
Pointzy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. In no event shall Pointzy be liable for any claim, loss, or damage.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Pointzy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
